Nancy B. Alston is the sole owner and managing attorney of the Alston Law Firm. A native of Pennsylvania, she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of South Carolina School of Law, her Masters in Education with Honors from South Carolina State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. Nancy has been practicing family law since 1999 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Lexington County Bar Association.

Annette Y. Wiggins is the Office Administrator of the Alston Law Firm. A native of New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Claflin University. Annette has been an effective office administrator with The Alston Law Firm since 2006.
